Please read these terms carefully before starting your journey with Shreeji Enterprise Services
1.1 The rider is engaged as an independent contractor, not an employee of Shreeji Enterprise Services.
1.2 This engagement is for a trial period of 6 (six) months from the date of first delivery.
1.3 During this trial period, Shreeji may terminate the engagement at any time without cause or notice.
1.4 The rider has no claim to employment benefits, including but not limited to provident fund, gratuity, bonus, or any other statutory benefits.
1.5 The rider is free to work for other delivery platforms simultaneously.
2.1 Payment for successfully completed orders shall be credited to the rider's wallet within 24 hours of delivery completion.
2.2 Payment is contingent upon the rider following all conditions explained during onboarding, including but not limited to:
2.3 Shreeji reserves the right to withhold payment for any order where the rider has violated onboarding conditions.
2.4 Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the order delivery date.
3.1 MDND is defined as marking an order as "delivered" in the app when the customer has not physically received the order.

3.4 Riders must ensure OTP is entered only after the customer has physically received the order.
4.1 During the 6-month trial period, the rider must work a minimum of 6 (six) days per week.
4.2 Working days are counted from Monday 5:30 AM IST to the following Monday 5:29 AM IST.
4.3 The rider must be available during dinner peak hours (7:00 PM to 12:00 AM) on working days.
4.4 Failure to meet minimum working days may result in:

5.4 Shreeji Enterprise Services strongly recommends that riders obtain their own personal accident and health insurance coverage.
6.1 The rider must maintain a valid driving license at all times.
6.2 The rider must ensure their vehicle has valid registration and commercial insurance.
6.3 The rider must complete all mandatory training modules provided by Shreeji.
6.4 The rider must maintain professional conduct with customers, merchants, and the public.
6.5 The rider must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while delivering.
6.6 The rider must follow all traffic laws and regulations.
6.7 The rider must report any accidents or incidents immediately to Shreeji.

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shreeji Enterprise Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8.2 Shreeji's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by Shreeji to the rider in the preceding 30 days.
8.3 The rider acknowledges that delivery services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to traffic accidents, personal injury, and property damage.
9.1 These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
9.2 Any dispute arising shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
9.3 If unresolved, the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
