• Government ID proofs (Aadhar, PAN, Driving License) - collected for verification only
• Bank account details and UPI ID (for payments)

• Real-time GPS location (when app is in use for deliveries)
• Device information (make, model, OS version)
• App usage data
• Order history and delivery performance
• Photographs of delivery proof (when required)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your identity and conduct background checks
• To process payments and calculate earnings
• To assign and track delivery orders
• To communicate with you about orders, payments, and platform updates

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you are an active rider with Shreeji.

After termination of engagement, we retain data for:

• 3 years for transaction and payment records (for legal and tax compliance)
• 1 year for location and order data
• 30 days for inactive accounts (you may request earlier deletion)

9. Location Tracking

The RidersHub app requires real-time location access to:

• Assign nearby orders to you
• Track delivery progress
• Verify delivery completion

Location is tracked only when you are actively delivering or have indicated you are available for orders.

You may disable location tracking, but this will prevent you from receiving orders.

Our website uses cookies to improve functionality and analyze traffic.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
